What makes a great NHL arena?
Is there a science to it? Or is there something intangible that makes a building special?
Throughout my career, I’ve been to nearly 1,000 hockey games across North America, and one of the things I always enjoy is seeing how the NHL buildings are different from one another. When the time came to decide what this year’s big rankings project would be, I jumped at the chance to rank the rinks.
