Wins for Ulster trio, Sligo and Longford

Donegal made it back-to-back wins over Ulster opposition with a 2-35 to 0-09 destruction of Fermanagh in Division 3 of the Allianz Hurling League.

Having opened up with a win in Tyrone, Mickey McCann’s side were dominant from the first minute to the last with the hosts scoring 14 of the first 15 points.

Donegal led by 17 points at the break and hit two goals in the final quarter to secure a 32-point win with the in-form Gerard Gilmore managing a dozen points. They did lose Josh Cronolly McGee to a late red card, on a rare negative note.

Tyrone bounced back from last week’s loss to their neighbours with an impressive 2-18 to 0-16 win away to Louth in Darver.
