Both of Cork’s home matches in this year’s Munster SHC have been confirmed as Sunday afternoon fixtures.
The Munster Council have circulated the dates and times for the ten round-robin clashes, with the make-up of each round of matches having been determined prior to Christmas.
Cork’s opening match in Munster had already been confirmed as a repeat of the 2025 All-Ireland final against Tipperary and, unsurprisingly, that game has been given prime-time Sunday billing with a 4pm throw-in at FBD Semple Stadium on April 19, following the clash of Clare and Waterford in Ennis at 2pm.
A week later, Cork are again in the Sunday 4pm slot as Limerick visit SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh before a two-week gap to their next match, which…
