The Michelin Guide Ceremony for Great Britain & Ireland 2025 took place this evening, 9 February, at the Dublin Convention Centre in Dublin City.
It marked the first time that the prestigious ceremony took place in Ireland since it was established in 1974, and welcomed a host of celebrated chefs from across the world, including presenter Gordon Ramsay.
Dublin restaurant Forest Avenue and The Pullman, located at Glenlo Abbey Hotel in Galway, both earned their first Michelin stars at the ceremony, which was live-streamed on YouTube.
