Waterford restaurant recognised by Michelin Guide – News

Farmgate in Lismore was one of five Irish restaurants awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand ahead of the Michelin Guide ceremony in Dublin this week.  

Originally based in Middleton, the restaurant relocated to Lismore in 2018 due to flooding. David Doran has been the head chef in both locations for the past thirty years. The restaurant is well known for its relaxed atmosphere and local produce.

Farmgate Lismore gained a Bib in recognition of the “fuss-free, produce-led cooking” it offers.
