Fresh from her win at last night’s Irish Film and Television Awards, Kerry actress Jessie Buckley could make history for Ireland at Sunday night’s Baftas for her role in Hamnet.
Buckley plays Agnes Hathaway, William Shakespeare’s wife, in the movie and she took home the IFTA for Best Actress on Friday and could now become the first Irish performer to receive the award for best actress at the Baftas.
