Thousands of people have attended a protest march in support of Palestine in Dublin city centre.
The Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign (IPSC), which organised the march, said this is the nineteenth National March for Palestine which has taken place since October 2023.
The march concluded at Leinster House this afternoon.
Ghada Ashour, a speaker at the National March for Palestine in Dublin, said she left Khan Younis last September to study for a Master’s degree in Ireland.
Ms Ashour described how leaving her family to come to Ireland was the “hardest decision of my entire life”.
