Limerick hurling star Will O’Donoghue was involved in an awkward exchange with Cork star Patrick Horgan during an RTE interview after the Treaty’s 0-36 to 0-21 win over All-Ireland champions Tipperary on Saturday evening.
John Kiely’s men laid down a marker in the rain in Semple Stadium and with the big focus for all the big hitters being the Munster and All-Ireland championships in the summer, O’Donoghue was going to let any team secrets slip to one of Cork’s current crop of stars.
