Cork’s opening two Munster SHC games confirmed for camogie double-headers

Two of Cork’s Munster SHC round-robin clashes will have camogie games serving as curtain-raisers, the provincial council has confirmed.

In addition, both the senior football final in the province will be preceded by the meeting of Cork and Kerry in the Munster Ladies’ SFC, while the camogie decider will also take place on the same bill as a senior hurling tie.

Cork’s provincial hurling opener on Sunday, April 19 is a repeat of last year’s All-Ireland final as they travel to face Tipperary. The game has a 4pm throw-in time and the Munster senior camogie quarter-final between the counties will also take place at FBD Semple Stadium, commencing at 2pm.
