Chris Sutton was scathing in his criticism of Celtic after the Parkhead club’s first-half capitulation against Rangers at Ibrox.
Celtic’s draw with Rangers was mostly caused by an inept first 35 minutes of the game, as a double from Yousaf Chermiti sealed the three points despite a second-half attempt at a fightback by the Hoops.
Kieran Tierney pulled a goal back early in the second half and a Reo Hatate late penalty rescued a point, but it wasn’t enough to win the game as Sutton slammed Celtic for taking a first-half ‘mauling’ at the hands of Rangers.
