TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – President of the Confederation of All Indonesian Workers’ Unions (KSPSI), Andi Gani Nena Wea, announced that this year’s International Labor Day rally will be held at the National Monument (Monas) in Jakarta.
The announcement was made after union representatives met with Deputy House Speaker and Gerindra Party executive chairman Sufmi Dasco Ahmad at the House of Representatives (DPR) complex on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
“Regarding May Day, we have also invited Mr. Prabowo. The commemoration will proceed as planned at Monas,” Andi said.
