Three men have been charged after a Celtic fan was seriously assaulted following their Scottish Cup quarter final clash against Rangers at Ibrox on Sunday. Mayhem ensued following the match when fans from both teams invaded the pitch.

Horrific scenes saw flares fired into the midst of fans, while supporters, police officers and those working at the stadium came under attack. A steward was seen being carried from the pitch, believed to have been injured in the chaos, and a number of people were pictured receiving medical treatment, reports the Daily Record.
