Irish Astromomy Talk: Earth’s Companion The Moon by John Hackett will be held in Henry Downes Bar, Thomas Street, Waterford on Tuesday March 24th at 8pm.
This talk will look at the origins, long history geology and geography of the Moon and its influence on the earth.
There will also be a Public Sky Watch on Wednesday, 25th March at 8.00pm at Kingsmeadow Green, Cork Road, Waterford.
