The Role: Operational Risk Management Officer
The Operational Risk Management Officer will be responsible for contributing to the control and supervision of the company’s operational risks. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the company’s operational risks
- Conducting second-level control campaigns
- Creating dashboards for monitoring operational risks across various business activities
- Participating in Internal Control Committee preparations

Candidate Profile
Applicants should be currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in insurance, risk management, or internal control, with a preference for candidates with knowledge of property and casualty insurance (e.g., BTS or Insurance License).
Required Skills
- Technical/Professional Skills: Knowledge of operational risk management or internal control, understanding of property and casualty insurance, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and fluency in English.
- Behavioral/Transversal Skills: Proactivity, collaboration skills, analytical ability, synthesis skills, active listening, and attention to detail.
