- Pugacheva Street: Parking will be prohibited on the street section from Gorky Street to the 6th Army Embankment between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Pskovskaya Street: No parking will be allowed on Pskovskaya Street from Revival Street to Leningradskaya Street between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Novgorodskaya Street: Parking is banned on Novgorodskaya Street from Leningradskaya Street to Revival Street between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Revival Street: Restrictions are in place on Revival Street from Novatorov Street to Kostroma Street between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Bolonina Street: Parking restrictions on Bolonina Street, from Lovenetskogo Street to In Miskolc Street, will alternate daily. Parking is prohibited on one side of the road on even-numbered days of the month and on the other side on odd-numbered days.
- Babushkina Square: Parking near Babushkina Square will be prohibited overnight. Specifically, parking near the Russian Post building is banned from 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM, and near the railway station from 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
