Bayern Munich 4-0 Union Berlin: Initial reactions and Observations

Initial reactions and Observations

  • A well worked win from Bayern. Union initially stood resolute but once the home side got two goals before the break, the visitors opened up a bit which the Bavarians expertly took advantage of.
  • By Harry Kane’s dizzyingly high standards, this was not his best game. He scored a goal and showed his playmaking expertise, but he did miss a couple goals.
  • Bayern now stands on 97 goals, just four off the record of 101 set in 1971/72.

That’s all everyone! Thanks a lot for watching with us! Bayern will be taking a break for the next few weeks but we’ve got Germany playing in the upcoming international break so be sure to check BFW for all the latest on Die Mannschaft! Until next time!
