Warriors’ Steph Curry out at least 2 more games, could return vs. Nets

ATLANTA — Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, who has missed the past 20 games because of a lingering knee injury, will participate in team workouts in the coming days and will be re-evaluated early next week.

The news, announced Saturday, means Curry could return for Wednesday night’s game against Brooklyn at Chase Center. The Warriors complete their longest trip of the season Saturday night in Atlanta and Monday night in Dallas. Curry will miss both of those games.

Head coach Steve Kerr, speaking before the game against the Hawks, said Curry will participate in a scrimmage (probably five-on-five) with teammates and some coaches Sunday morning in Atlanta. The Warriors will travel to Dallas in the afternoon.
