Prague, March 23rd, 2025 – Keen Software House has released Major Update VS2.2 for Space Engineers 2 Alpha, introducing new gameplay systems that expand building, combat, exploration, and survival mechanics.
This update adds the first Mechanical Blocks (Rotors and Pistons), alongside the initial implementation of Weapons and Combat Basics, allowing players to arm their grids and engage with hostile threats. New building tools such as Area Welding and the first iteration of Production Lines improve large-scale construction and manufacturing workflows.
