TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Minister of Haj and Umrah Mochamad Irfan Yusuf has confirmed that the 2026 Haj pilgrimage to the Holy Land remains on track, despite geopolitical tensions between the United States and Iran.
“So far, it is still on schedule. We hope there will be no changes leading up to the departure on April 22,” he stated after attending the 2026 Haj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) working visit in Surabaya, East Java, on Tuesday.
