A WOMAN accused of robbing tourists using a dangerous memory-erasing drug known as Devil’s Breath has been arrested by police in Colombia.
Carolina Meija Montoya, dubbed the Queen of Scopolamine by cops in Medellin after the drug she incapacitated her alleged victims with, was paraded in handcuffs in a tight-fitting leather dress after her capture.
