HPG wants perpetual ban on daredevil rider
THE Philippine National Police’s (PNP) Highway Patrol Group-Provincial Advisory Group (HPG-PAG)-Rizal province has recommended a perpetual ban on a reckless motorcycle rider that figured in a tragic Marilaque Highway accident while performing a “superman-like” motorcycle stunt. Motorcycle rider John Louie Arguelles was killed in the daredevil stunt, while his companion-rider Rico Buyawan survived. Source link
