PAGASA observing tropical storm outside PAR, 3 weather systems in PH

PAGASA continues to monitor former Tropical Storm Romina outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, while three weather systems continue to affect the country on Christmas Eve.

According to the daily weather forecast on Tuesday afternoon, Romina was last seen 295 kilometers west northwest of Kalayaan, Palawan at around 3:00 p.m.

It had maximum sustained winds of 65 kph and gustiness of up to 80 kph.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms could be experienced over Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, and Eastern Visayas due to the Shear Line.
