A man in his 50s has died after a road crash this afternoon in Co Offaly.
The single-vehicle crash occurred shortly after 12pm at Killaderry, Daingean.
The man, who was the sole occupant of the car, was pronounced dead a short time later.
The road at Killaderry was closed for technical examination by Garda Forensic Investigators and has since been reopened.
