Jonathan Dumont, the Creative Director of Assassin’s Creed Shadows, has assured fans that they’ll enjoy the freedom to switch between the two protagonists, shinobi Naoe and samurai Yasuke, and will be free from the potential pressure of having to “try to split the time.”
In a recent interview with Screen Rant, Jonathan shared insights into the game’s dual protagonist design. Both characters will receive their own introduction and questline; that’s to say, Yasuke can’t play Naoe’s personal questline.
