The interviews were conducted with 30 PLWH, including 12 females (40%) and 18 males (60%). Their ages ranged between 27 and 59 years old, and the average age was 44 years, and their education levels were mainly primary school or illiterate. From the data analysis, 11 sub-categories were developed in the axial coding in this study, and they were assigned into four main categories in the selective coding. All codes of the PTG Trajectories were shown in Table 2. Trajectories of PTG among PLWH (Fig. 1) were derived from the data as the core category and consisted of four phases.
