A FORMER lord mayor of Dublin and his business partner have admitted breaching Covid regulations after they were found among a group of men drinking in an office above a pub during lockdown.
Dublin City Councillor Nial Ring (65) and the pub owner Liam McGrattan (70) were among five men found in the office at the height of the pandemic in 2020, a court heard.
