Riot Games has completed the team’s invasion of the Fighting genre, bringing Runeterra to 2D fighting and competing against the likes of Street Fighter and TEKKEN. The launch of 2XKO has been a success so far, with players praising the title for its free-to-play model that — thus far — hasn’t proven to be too predatory.
Now that the pre-season content has closed down and the early access period has completed, 2XKO is heading to its first season, and with it comes a few surprises. The new trailer shares a look at some of the changes that players can expect, accompanied by some banger music (which is pretty much expected from Riot Games at this point).
