Short on time? Weekend workouts still boost longevity, researchers say

Too busy for daily workouts? New research shows that cramming your exercise into weekends might still save your life.

A recent study in the Journal of the American Heart Association investigated the effects of concentrated and evenly distributed physical activity (PA) in supporting human health and well-being.
